3. Can I customize my rug?
At this time, we do not offer customizations for our rugs. However, we offer a wide variety of designs and sizes to suit different tastes and spaces.
4. Are the rugs handmade?
Yes! All of our Moroccan rugs are handmade by skilled artisans in Morocco, using traditional weaving techniques passed down through generations. Each rug is unique and tells a story through its design.
5. How do I care for my rug?
To maintain the beauty and longevity of your rug, we recommend the following care tips:

- International Shipping: We ship worldwide! Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

If your rug arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the process of returning the rug and arranging for a replacement or refund.
9. How do I return or exchange an item?
We accept returns on unused and undamaged rugs within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at lokayhaifda@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Please note, shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
10. Do you offer gift cards?
